United Hatzalah legacy giving

I was tasked with creating branding for United Hatzalah’s (a national EMS organization) new Legacy Giving program. To do so, I was given several guidelines:
The design must function alongside other United Hatzalah branding, and should be recognizable.
The target audience should be older (age 50+), and familiar with the organization and its work.
The design must be easy to read, simple, and display aspects of “legacy,” “generations,” and “growth.”

The original prompt was to design a logo, a one-page informational document for print, a letter of intent form, and a folder to contain the two.

The logo was based off of United Hatzalah’s logoshape and type, but with alternative text and a small flame, growing brighter from the bottom up to demonstrate growth.
